1. ABOUT BROTHERS TREE SERVICE

Brothers Tree Service, LLC provides tree care and related property services in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, including:

Any pricing discussed before an onsite assessment is preliminary unless expressly confirmed in a written estimate or agreement.

 

The final scope, price, payment schedule, service date, cleanup responsibilities, and other project terms will be stated in the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement provided for the project. If these website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control for that project.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or service. This includes your name, contact information, property location, project description, access information, and known hazards.

Photos and descriptions submitted through the website are used for initial evaluation purposes only. They may not show every condition affecting the project.

We may require an onsite inspection before confirming the service scope or price.

5. EMERGENCY SERVICE

Brothers Tree Service accepts emergency and storm-related calls 24 hours a day. However, contacting us does not guarantee immediate dispatch or availability.

If a fallen tree, electrical line, fire, flooding, structural damage, or another condition presents an immediate danger to people, contact 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency authority. Keep a safe distance from damaged trees, hanging limbs, downed electrical lines, and unstable structures.

6. ESTIMATES, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Free estimates may be offered for eligible projects within our service area.

Project prices, deposits, payment due dates, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and any additional charges will be explained in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

​

Additional work requested after approval of the original estimate may require an updated estimate or change order.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Any project-specific cancellation or rescheduling terms included in your written agreement will apply.

7. TEXT MESSAGES AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS

When you provide your telephone number, you authorize us to contact you regarding your quote request, appointment, service inquiry, active project, or customer service matter.

If you select the text-message consent checkbox, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Brothers Tree Service at the number provided.

​

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

​

You agree that you are the owner or authorized user of the telephone number provided. You are responsible for notifying us if the number changes or is reassigned.

Your use of text-message services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may submit photos, project descriptions, messages, reviews, or other materials through our website.

 

You confirm that:

This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
